Consopôle Institut follows the recommendations of the Sensory Analysis Commission of the French national organization for standardization AFNOR which represents France within the International Organization for Standardization and the European Committee for Standardization.
Consopôle Institut guarantees its compliance with ISO standard 17025. This international standard defines the requirements in terms of the organisational and technical skills of Sensory Analysis laboratories.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an international non-governmental organisation, whose 160 members are national standardisation organisations. Through its members, ISO gathers experts who pool their knowledge to develop voluntary, consensus-based, market-relevant international standards, which support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.
Through its membership of ADETEM, the Consopôle Institut management team expresses its commitment to the Ethical Charter of France’s leading association of marketing professionals. We agree to support, apply and promote this charter.
The French Society of Sensory Analysis (SFAS) is an association which unites sensory analysis professionals.
As a member of this network, we attend annual meetings through which the good practice guidelines in the field of sensory assessment are regularly improved.
Consopôle Institut is a member of ESOMAR , a reference organisation which brings together the data, research and insights community. We respect the legal and ethical requirements set out in the ESOMAR International Code on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics.
Upon client request, we sign specific confidentiality agreements and allocate independent teams who do not work for competing brands.
